Since a link to my site is being displayed today on John’s blog, I’d thought I would take some time and give you a little tour around Life Training – Online.

First of all, let me introduce myself. My name is Erich and I am the main contributor to this site. I originally began it as a place to journal my experience with the Lemonade Diet, a 10-Day fast where you eat no food, and drink nothing but a special type of lemonade with the intent to detoxify your body.

Somehow it spread to all types of subjects related to my passion with psychology, health & fitness, self improvement, and personal development.

Learning about what makes someone tick and how I can use that knowledge to better myself and those around me has become the driving force behind the creation of this site. I hope you take a look around and become a regular reader (or a subscriber through the big RSS feed icon at the top right of the page)!

Here are some of the more popular articles that I think you will find very interesting:

Why is it that some people seem to exude charisma or presence which captivates and influences those around them, while others have the opposite effect? The Courage to Live Debt Free – the Principles of Economic Security

“Interest never sleeps nor sickens nor dies; it never goes to the hospital; it works on Sundays and holidays; it never takes a vacation; it never visits nor travels; it takes no pleasure; it is never laid off work nor discharged from employment; it never works on reduced hours. . . . Once in debt, interest is your companion every minute of the day and night; you cannot shun it or slip away from it; you cannot dismiss it; it yields neither to entreaties, demands, or orders; and whenever you get in its way or cross its course or fail to meet its demands, it crushes you.”

If you’re interested in reading personal development books but you don’t know which one’s to pick up or you simply don’t have the time, then check out my 52-week long series (still in progress). Each week I choose a different personal-development book and dissect it for all to see, describing in detail the meat of the subject and then leave it up to you for further investigation and study.
